Do you offer discounts for regular publications?

Yes! We offer bulk pricing and special packages for churches and groups that publish regularly (monthly, quarterly, etc.). The more frequently you publish and the larger your print run, the better the rate we can offer. Ask us about our parish magazine packages.

What's the minimum order quantity?

We can print as few as 50 copies, making us ideal for smaller parishes and community groups. Whether you need 50 or 10,000 copies, we deliver the same quality and care.

 

What payment terms do you offer?

We offer 30-day payment terms for established customers. For first-time orders, we typically request payment before delivery. We accept bank transfer, cheque, and card payments.

Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?

Absolutely! We’re happy to provide printed samples of previous parish magazines we’ve produced, or we can create a sample of your specific publication for a small fee (which we’ll credit toward your first full order).

 

Design & Artwork

I'm not a designer - can you help with layout and design?

Yes! We offer design and layout support. We offer templates for your use, or our experienced design team can create a custom layout that reflects your parish’s unique character. We can work with your content – whether it’s Word documents, photos, or handwritten notes – and turn it into a professional publication.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF (preferred), Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, and most common image formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF). If you’re unsure about your files, just send them over and we’ll let you know if we need anything else.

What if I need help with photos or images?

Our design team can help source appropriate images, adjust photo quality, and ensure everything looks great in print. We can also advise on image resolution and formatting to avoid common printing issues.

 

How do I submit my artwork?

You can email files directly to us, use a file transfer service like WeTransfer for larger files, or upload through our website. We’ll confirm receipt and review your artwork, letting you know within 24 hours if we need any adjustments.

Do you check artwork before printing?

Yes! Every job goes through our pre-flight checks to catch any potential issues (low-resolution images, incorrect bleeds, font problems, etc.). We’ll contact you if we spot anything that needs attention before we print.

What printing methods do you use?

We use both digital and offset printing, depending on your needs. Digital printing is ideal for shorter runs (up to 500 copies) and offers quick turnaround. Offset printing is more cost-effective for larger runs (500+ copies) and delivers exceptional quality for high-volume publications.

What paper options are available?

We offer a range of FSC-certified papers in various weights and finishes – silk, gloss, uncoated, and recycled options. The most popular choices for parish magazines are 130gsm silk for the text and slightly heavier for the cover if required. We’re happy to recommend the best option for your publication and budget.

Can you print in colour?

Yes! We offer full-colour printing, black and white, or a combination. Many parishes choose colour for covers and black and white for content to balance quality and affordability. Black and white is a cheaper option.

 

What sizes can you print?

The most common sizes for parish magazines are A5 and A4, but we can print custom sizes to suit your needs. We can also produce DL (one-third A4) newsletters, folded leaflets, and other formats.

Do you offer binding options?

Yes! We offer saddle-stitching (stapled spine – ideal for magazines up to 64 pages), perfect binding (glued spine for a more professional finish), and folded/unbound options for newsletters. We’ll recommend the best binding method based on your page count and budget.

 

Are your printing practices sustainable?

Turnaround & Delivery

How long does printing take?

Short-run digital printing (up to 500 copies) is typically delivered within 48 hours of artwork approval. Larger runs can take up to one week. We’ll always confirm the exact turnaround time when you place your order, and we’ll work with you to meet your distribution deadlines.

Can you meet tight deadlines?

We understand that parish magazines often have fixed distribution dates. Let us know your deadlines when you request a quote, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate it. We’ve been meeting tight deadlines for over 40 years – we won’t let you down.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We can deliver directly to your church, parish office, or any address you specify. Delivery costs depend on location and order size – we’ll include this in your quote.

 

Can you mail the magazines directly to our congregation?

Absolutely. We offer direct mailing services, taking the hassle out of distribution. Just provide us with your mailing list, and we’ll handle printing, addressing, and posting – saving your volunteers time and effort.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Quality is our top priority. Every job is personally inspected before it leaves our facility. In the rare event that something isn’t right, contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it – whether that’s a reprint, refund, or other solution. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

 

Working Together

Do I need to commit to a contract?

No contracts required! We work on a per-order basis. Many of our clients publish regularly with us (monthly, quarterly, etc.), but there’s no obligation to commit long-term. We earn your business with quality and service, every single time.

Do you offer contracts?

Absolutely! A 12-month contract will enable us to reduce the cost, and we will pass this on to you. If you are unsure, have an issue printed with us, and when you are happy with our service, contact us to discuss a contract to save money.

Can I visit your facility?

We’d love to show you around! Our facility is located at Leafield Industrial Estate in Corsham, Wiltshire. Contact us to arrange a visit – you can meet the team, see our equipment, and get a firsthand look at how we produce your publications.

How do I make changes to my regular publication?
